Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accounts Executive role based in Jaipur. The Senior Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring cash flows, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities for various real estate projects. The individual will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal controls, while coordinating with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments. The Senior Accounts Executive will also support management with financial analysis, MIS reporting, and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the finance function.
Qualifications

• Strong core accounting knowledge, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
• Familiarity with taxation, statutory compliances, and coordination with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar ERP), MS Excel, and other basic office productivity tools.
• Ability to prepare and analyze MIS reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights to management.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and adherence to internal controls and documentation standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and financial institutions.
• Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or a project-based industry is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments with integrity and professionalism.
