Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in managing and growing online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to improve traffic, conversions, and sales.
• Handle product listings, SEO optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze marketplace performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives, banners, and product content.
• Run paid advertising campaigns on marketplaces and social media platforms.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and marketplace management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Experience with product catalog management and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet growth targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and conversion optimization.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or creative tools is a plus.
