Join us as a Manufacturing Operations Manager and take the lead on production execution, quality, and safety. You’ll coordinate resources, drive performance improvements, and partner across teams to deliver consistent results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What will you do?

• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of standards across all shifts
• Coordinate production planning, prioritize workflows, and allocate people and equipment to meet targets
• Monitor KPIs, address quality and safety deviations, and resolve blockers through structured escalation
• Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvement initiatives
