Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketer specializing in Lead Generation and Paid Ads at YouTube Automation by Lancer X. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns, developing lead-generation strategies, analyzing campaign data, and continuously improving performance metrics. Key daily tasks will include running PPC campaigns across different platforms, identifying audience segments, optimizing ad spend, and collaborating with creative teams to create compelling ad content. The role requires a data-driven approach to strategy, execution, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Paid Advertising Platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other PPC platforms
• Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques, including targeting, segmentation, and outreach tools
• Strong analytical skills for campaign analysis, performance tracking, and optimization
• Experience working with Digital Marketing strategies and Marketing Automation tools
• Familiarity with A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with creative and technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in digital video marketing or YouTube advertising is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote role and meet deadlines
