Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Operations Coordinator role based in Kozhikode. The coordinator will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding, coordinating documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry in HRIS and related systems. The role will assist in administering employee benefits, leave management, attendance tracking, and payroll-related inputs in close collaboration with finance and management. The coordinator will support HR policies and procedures, help organize training and employee engagement activities, and respond to routine employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The role will also involve preparing HR reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes to support a productive and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and practical HR Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HR data management.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, leave and attendance management, and basic payroll coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are an advantage).
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance in India, especially for on-site workforces.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, infrastructure, or engineering-focused organization is a plus.
