Senior NetSuite Developer (Techno Functional) Full Time NEW

This is a senior ERP technology role focused on designing, developing, and supporting NetSuite solutions within a global enterprise environment. You will act as a key techno-functional expert, bridging business needs across Finance, Order Management, and Supply Chain with scalable system capabilities. The role involves end-to-end ownership of NetSuite customizations, integrations, and platform enhancements to support evolving business requirements. You will contribute to both strategic ERP transformation initiatives and day-to-day system stability, ensuring high data integrity and process efficiency. The position also includes responsibility for supporting integrations with multiple enterprise applications and driving automation initiatives. It is a highly collaborative role where you will partner closely with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Accountabilities

• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Order Management, and Supply Chain to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom NetSuite functionalities including scripts, workflows, records, and configurations.
• Support and enhance end-to-end ERP processes, ensuring system efficiency, scalability, and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as Salesforce, RevPro, and Concur.
• Provide functional and technical support for NetSuite modules including reporting, dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, and permissions.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of system and integration issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Support release management, change management, and continuous improvement of NetSuite environments.
• Deliver user training, onboarding support, and documentation of system processes and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to ERP architecture and automation capabilities within the NetSuite ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or Finance.
• 6+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation, development, and administration.
• Strong expertise in NetSuite modules including Order Management, Supply Chain, Financial Management, and Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics, and NetSuite APIs.
• Strong knowledge of custom records, fields, forms, roles, permissions, reports, and NetSuite data models.
• Experience supporting integrations with third-party systems and troubleshooting integration issues.
• Solid understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Order-to-Cash cycles.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in complex ERP environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across global, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
