About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized ERP Data Entry & Integrity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data within our Oracle NetSuite system. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite, and have a solid understanding of workflows, data integrity standards, and cross-functional collaboration. This position requires a keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively during US CST working hours. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our operational efficiency, data quality, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of practical experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, data lifecycle, and best practices for data management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear documentation and collaboration.
• The ability to work during overlapping hours with US CST time zone to ensure seamless coordination with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records within the Oracle NetSuite ERP system, ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Monitor data quality by performing regular audits, validation checks, and discrepancy resolutions to prevent errors and inconsistencies.
• Support cross-departmental teams by providing reliable data and assisting with ERP-related workflows to streamline processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in data entry, validation, and documentation procedures, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, sales, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all modules.
• Document procedures, guidelines, and updates related to ERP data management to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members on ERP data standards and practices as needed.
