About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Last Mile Operations Executive to manage dispatch and delivery operations. The candidate should have strong coordination skills, operational accuracy, and hands-on experience in last mile logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily dispatch and last mile delivery operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries as per defined SLAs.
• Prepare and manage E-way bills, dispatch documents, and shipment records.
• Maintain and update Excel reports for dispatch, delivery, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with delivery partners, transporters, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor and resolve delivery exceptions, delays, and non-delivery issues.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and system reconciliation during dispatch.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, safety, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Last Mile / Dispatch / Delivery Operations (Logistics, E-commerce, or FMCG preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reporting).
• Strong understanding of E-way bills, logistics documentation, and dispatch planning.
• Excellent coordination, accuracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive operations.
• Local geographical knowledge of location offered and nearby areas is an advantage.
