Director of Overseas Operations

Job Responsibilities:

Decompose departmental goals based on the company’s annual strategic direction and be responsible for the comprehensive management of overseas operations in Southeast Asia;

Sort out overseas franchisee profiles and formulate/provide suggestions on franchisee interview strategies;

Oversee overseas supply chain, store construction, and other pre-opening preparations to ensure the smooth launch of overseas stores;

Coordinate the operations of overseas stores, provide continuous empowerment, and achieve the performance indicators of overseas stores;

Communicate, coordinate, and liaison with relevant responsible persons of the group headquarters and overseas business platforms;

Research and develop strategies for the group’s overseas market growth, and organize the implementation of market activities such as new store openings;

Assign and arrange other tasks of the Overseas Business Center to ensure the overall quality of task completion.

Job Requirements:

Possess management experience in McDonald’s, KFC, or social catering systems; candidates with work experience in first-tier brand catering enterprises are preferred;

Have clear business planning capabilities, support capabilities for external partners (such as franchisees), and the ability to increase store turnover;

Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills (for relevant departments), as well as resource integration capabilities; understand and master the business processes and standards of the company’s core departments;

Be dedicated to work, with exceptional data analysis capabilities and pressure resistance; possess business development thinking; proficiency in English as a working language.
