Key Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the store godown including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
- Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials in coordination with the ERP system.
- Maintain accurate stock levels through periodic physical verification and reconciliation with system data.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities ensuring proper handling and safety of goods.
- Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions and cleanliness within the godown.
- Coordinate with the purchase, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely stock movement.
- Track ageing stocks and report slow-moving or damaged items to the management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements related to stock and warehouse management.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to ensure efficient stock rotation.
- Manage and guide store assistants and helpers for smooth day-to-day operations.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Diploma in any discipline.
- Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 0–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management (preferably in retail or electronics sector).
