CRM and Retention Marketing Specialist Full Time NEW

Seeking a Dynamic CRM and Retention Marketing Specialist for an Apparel Brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer lifecycle journeys across email, WhatsApp, and SMS based on customer behavior, purchase history, category engagement, and seasonal trends.
• Own end-to-end retention campaigns, including campaign planning, automation setup, audience segmentation, testing, execution, and performance analysis.
• Build and optimize customer segments using available customer and transactional data to deliver personalized and relevant communication.
• Partner with content, creative, and marketing teams to develop engaging customer communications that strengthen brand affinity and drive repeat purchases.
• Identify churn risks and customer drop-off points, and implement retention strategies to improve repeat purchase rates and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Design and run experiments across messaging, timing, offers, and customer journeys to continuously improve retention performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key retention metrics, campaign effectiveness, repeat purchase rates, and customer engagement.
• Establish retention marketing processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices while helping build the company’s long-term CRM and lifecycle marketing capabilities.

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce business.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms such as BIK, WebEngage, Klaviyo, MoEngage, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, and marketing automation workflows.
• Proven ability to independently build, launch, and optimize customer journeys and retention campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer data and translating insights into actionable retention initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, customer experience, product, and creative teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
• Customer-first mindset with strong empathy and the ability to craft meaningful, personalized communication that drives engagement and loyalty.
