Tender & Bid Management Intern (Work From Home | Part-Time)

About the Internship: We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Tender & Bid Management team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to government and private sector tendering processes, documentation, proposal preparation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders from various portals.
- Review tender documents and eligibility criteria.
- Assist in preparing technical and financial bid documents.
- Organize and maintain company documents required for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with team members for information and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
- Support proposal preparation and submission activities.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
