You will be responsible to ensure day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and checking all accounting related entries submitted by stakeholders are accurate in the system.
You will act as the intermediaries between other departments within the organisation and also liaise with external parties.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
- AR Retail Sales, Collection & Reconciliation
- AR Non-Retail / Non-Trade, Collection & Reconciliation
- Bank Statement Reconciliation & Reporting
- Back-End Collection Creation & Refund Processing
FINANCE SUPPORT & REPORTING
- Bank Related Support & Liaison
- General Insurance Coverage
- Payment Terminals Arrangement & Follow-up
- Liaise with Company Secretary
- Liaise with Singapore Department of Statistics
- Ad Hoc Tasks/Projects assigned
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Accounting / ACCA
- 1-2 years’ experience in related AR / AP / GL Accounting functions
- Fresh Diploma or Degree Graduates may apply
- Meticulous and analytical
- Business acumen & Finance savvy
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate or advance level competency in MS Excel
