Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ITI Fresher role based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting senior technicians and engineers in installation, operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment used in construction, infrastructure, mining, and EV-related projects. The candidate will support routine inspections, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure tools, materials, and work areas are organized and safe. Daily responsibilities include learning to interpret basic technical drawings or instructions, documenting work performed, and reporting issues promptly to supervisors. The role also requires adherence to safety guidelines, participation in on-the-job training, and willingness to work at project sites as needed.
Qualifications

• Completed ITI in a relevant trade (such as Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter, Welder, or Electronics) from a recognized institution.
• Basic understanding of tools, equipment handling, and workshop or site practices.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, safety procedures, and standard operating processes.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to field conditions, and work under the guidance of senior team members.
• Strong observation skills, attention to detail, and basic problem-solving ability.
• Capability to perform physically active tasks and work in outdoor or project-site environments.
• Effective teamwork, punctuality, and a professional attitude toward colleagues and clients.
• Basic communication skills in English and local languages; familiarity with Hindi or Telugu is an advantage.
• Prior internship, apprenticeship, or industrial training exposure (if any) will be considered a plus.
