Job Location—Mumbai ( 3 days WFO)

General objective of role: legal support, focus region APAC

Responsibilities / Main Tasks (in brief) 

• Contract negotiations in different jurisdictions (if required supported by external counsel)
• Dispute resolution
• Legal organization
• Internal governance
• Legal compliance aspects
• Alignment with external counsel and other functions (in particular Finance and Tax)
• Corporate restructuring activities, company secretary tasks / support of company secretary

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer in India
• 5-10 years experience in an international law firm or legal department of international enterprise
