• Building brand preference and creation of value proposition for Pluxee’ s product suite in India
• Grow the adoption rate among existing clients
• Achieve revenue targets for Pluxee product portfolio in India
• Develop & execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for managed suite of benefits
• Actively manage the product roadmap and drive cross-functional projects to develop the product.
• Analyse needs of clients and design communication programs
• Participate in client pitches and RFPs as a product specialist
• Work with the sales & affiliate teams to drive business growth
• Competition and market Analysis
• Anchor key long-term initiatives for country

Context and Main Issues:

• Responsible for Marketing the product suite offered by the brand
• Work on the positioning, value proposition & activation for the brand
• Be close to the market, understand the needs of the Customer and design innovative plans to meet those expectations of clients and consumers
• Create and execute brand communication campaigns, build & strengthen the brand’s equity over a period and drive awareness & purchase intent for the brand
• Develop marketing campaigns to deliver on business objectives and work collaboratively with diversified teams to create & manage integrated marketing strategies
• Have a knack for data analysis and reporting
• Be able to participate in client discussions as product specialist with a solutions mindset
• Ability to create a roadmap, approach and liaise with partners
• Market sizing and ongoing market intelligence

🌟 You’re a match:

• MBA in Marketing from a good business school.
• At least 8+ years’ experience in Product Management/ Marketing
• Excellent analytical skills including usage of tools like MS office suite (esp Excel & Powerpoint), Power BI (preferred)
• Should be conversant or have a penchant to learn digital tools
• Working understanding of digital marketing preferred
• Experience in the B2B service industry in a marketing role would be an added advantage
• Should be able to conceptualise solutions for different segment needs that exist in the market
• The person should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Be able to participate in client meetings/ pitches
• Ability to drive market sizing and ongoing market intelligence
