This is an early-stage opportunity where you will play a foundational role in building the business. As the first hire, you will act as the operational mastermind, working directly with the founder to design, structure, and execute the core of the company’s offerings.
We are building a differentiated platform at the intersection of travel and healthcare, with a strong focus on quality, trust, and seamless execution.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Operations Manager to build and manage the core product of the business. This is a niche role that sits at the intersection of healthcare, travel, and premium service delivery.
A strong understanding of the medical system is essential for this role—arguably more important than travel experience. You should be comfortable navigating healthcare processes, evaluating providers, and coordinating services with a high level of confidence and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
– Design and develop premium packages that integrate medical/wellness services with travel
– Build and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, wellness providers, and hospitality partners
– Coordinate all post-sale operations including medical scheduling, bookings, and logistics
– Ensure seamless execution of trips and handle any on-ground issues
– Maintain high service standards aligned with a premium brand
– Work closely with sales to refine offerings based on customer needs
– Help establish internal processes and operational systems
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong Understanding of the Medical Ecosystem (Mandatory)
– Deep familiarity with healthcare systems, medical processes, or clinical environments
– Ability to assess providers and coordinate medical services with confidence
– Comfortable interacting with doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions
Strong Communication
– Excellent spoken and written English
– Confident handling high-value clients
Well-Traveled / Global Exposure (Preferred)
– Personal travel experience and understanding of international standards
– Awareness of customer expectations in premium travel
Operational Strength
– Highly organized and detail-oriented
– Able to manage multiple moving parts under pressure
– Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
