Work Timings:
- Candidates for India-based calling hours (11am – 8pm IST) & (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Goa, Indore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kerala) market territory only.
- Candidates for international based calling hours (7pm – 5am IST) & (North America & Canada) market region only.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $5000 –$7000 USD (Annual)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $1000 – $3000 USD
- Commission (Total $100 USD per demo)
- $25 USD per qualified demo booked
- $75 USD per deal closed

Role Summary
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging Med Spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, cosmetic practices, and wellness clinics through outbound calling, lead qualification, product pitching, and appointment setting. This role requires someone who understands the healthcare/aesthetics ecosystem, patient acquisition challenges, and service workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (125-150 calls daily) to generate new sales opportunities to Med Spas, clinics, dermatology centers, cosmetic surgeons, and wellness practices.
- Lead qualification based on clinic size, services offered, revenue model, and decision‑maker availability.
- Pitching solutions tailored to healthcare providers (patient management, marketing, equipment, SaaS, consumables, etc.).
- Appointment scheduling for demos or meetings with the sales manager.
- CRM management including call logs, follow‑ups, and pipeline updates.
- Objection handling related to pricing, ROI, patient volume, or clinic workflow.
- Market research to identify new clinics, service lines, and decision‑makers.
- Build strong relationships with clinic owners, practice managers, aestheticians, and doctors.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of calling experience in healthcare industry, especially:
Med Spas
Dermatology Clinics
Cosmetic Surgery Centers
Laser & Aesthetic Clinics
Wellness & Anti‑Aging Clinics
- Strong understanding of patient acquisition, treatment packages, consultation flow, and clinic operations.
- Excellent communication, rapport building, and consultative selling skills.
- Experience with healthcare CRMs, appointment systems, or EMR tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling (125-150 calls daily).
- Comfortable working with targets and monthly revenue KPIs.
Preferred Background
- Experience selling:
- Aesthetic devices (laser, RF, HIFU, body contouring)
- Clinic management software
- Patient lead generation services
- Skincare or cosmetic products
- Wellness or anti-aging programs
Prior experience in any of below roles will be preferred:
- Tele caller – Healthcare
- Inside Sales – Med Spa
- Patient Coordinator
- Clinic Relationship Manager
