Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Executive from the logistics sector with hands-on experience in fleet management and ground operations. The role involves managing end-to-end fleet activities including site visits, driver training, tech adoption, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fleet operations ensuring smooth execution of daily activities
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor and streamline operations
• Handle driver onboarding, training, and performance management
• Drive technology adoption among drivers and fleet partners (apps, tracking systems, etc.)
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for operational efficiency
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for daily, weekly, and monthly operations
• Track operational performance and ensure adherence to defined processes
• Identify gaps in operations and implement improvements
