About The Role

Knoxx Foods is looking for a Senior Creative & Digital Content Specialist to own hands-on creative and digital content production across video, social media, brochures, sales collateral, website pages, AI-assisted content, and digital campaigns.

Reporting to the Marketing & Growth Lead, and working closely with the CMO on key brand and campaign priorities, this role will bring marketing strategies and campaign briefs to life through strong creative execution, consistent brand application, and high-quality content output.

The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled creative operator who can edit video, design professional marketing material, maintain Wix pages, use AI tools to improve content production, and understand basic marketing analytics to help improve performance.

This is a fully hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys producing the work, not just managing the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit high-quality video content across Knoxx’s marketing channels, including podcast episodes, interviews, short-form clips, social reels, campaign videos, and internal brand content.
• Design and deliver professional marketing assets, including brochures, product flyers, sales collateral, presentations, social media graphics, email visuals, website assets, and campaign materials.
• Create, adapt, and repurpose content for LinkedIn, website, email, sales enablement, internal communications, brand activation, and digital campaigns.
• Support AI-assisted content workflows by creating and refining captions, post drafts, article drafts, podcast summaries, email copy, campaign copy, and repurposed content.
• Build, update, and maintain Wix website pages, including landing pages, campaign pages, blogs, product/category pages, forms, CTAs, and basic SEO updates.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Growth Lead to turn briefs, campaign ideas, brand priorities, and sales requirements into high-quality finished assets.
• Support the Knoxx video podcast series through editing, formatting, clip creation, thumbnail design, publishing support, and promotional rollouts.
• Maintain consistency across all creative, video, digital, website, social media, and sales enablement materials in line with Knoxx’s brand standards.
• Monitor basic marketing analytics across website, social media, email, and content performance to identify insights and improve future content output.
• Maintain organised creative files, templates, video assets, design libraries, content folders, and repeatable production workflows.
• Bring speed, creativity, attention to detail, and strong execution quality to Knoxx’s marketing output.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience in video editing, digital content production, graphic design, website content, or a similar hands-on creative role.
• Strong video editing capability across long-form and short-form content, including podcasts, interviews, reels, social clips, campaign videos, and branded content.
• Confident designing professional marketing assets such as brochures, product flyers, sales collateral, presentations, social media graphics, website visuals, and email content.
• Comfortable creating, editing, and repurposing content across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, website, email, sales enablement, internal communications, and digital campaigns.
• Experience building, updating, or maintaining Wix pages or similar website platforms, with an understanding of page layout, CTAs, forms, basic SEO, and user experience.
• Confident using AI tools to support content creation, editing, repurposing, workflow efficiency, and creative production.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email performance, and content results.
• Strong creative judgement, attention to detail, and ability to maintain brand consistency across all content and design outputs.
• Able to work from briefs, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work in a fast-moving marketing environment.
• Practical, proactive, and hands-on, with a strong bias toward getting the work done well.
• Experience in B2B, food, ingredients, manufacturing, podcast production, brand content, or sales enablement is highly regarded.
