We’re looking for a proactive and well-connected Freelance Business Development / Growth Manager to help us scale brand partnerships and bring in new business opportunities across influencer marketing and digital campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator economy, has strong networking skills, and knows how to build relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pitch potential brand collaboration opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing teams
- Drive outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and networking
- Assist in closing influencer marketing and digital campaign deals
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Contribute ideas for scaling the business and expanding partnerships
Who We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in business development, influencer marketing, media sales, or partnerships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of social media marketing and creator campaigns
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Existing industry network is a strong plus
