Queens Bay International is a B2B manufacturing and export company based in Ghaziabad. We produce custom packaging for international brands. Our customers are primarily based in the US and Canada, and we are actively growing our export client base.
We are hiring an Export Customer Coordinator who will be the primary point of contact for our international customers from the moment they send their first inquiry to the moment their order is delivered.
This role has a split schedule by design. Mornings are for internal coordination with our factory and production team. Evenings are for live communication with US and Canada based customers. If you are someone who is organized in the morning and switched on in the evening, this role will suit you well.
What Your Day Actually Looks Like:
Morning (9 AM to 1 PM):
– Collect production updates, sample statuses, and shipping information from the factory team
– Brief internal teams (factory, design, production) on what customers need done that day
– Coordinate sample preparation, photography, and documentation
– Create and maintain sample lists and customer requirement trackers
Afternoon (1 PM to 5 PM):
– Prepare customer updates, draft emails, organize WhatsApp messages
– Follow up internally on pending items before the US customer day begins
– Handle documentation, order tracking, and shipping coordination
Evening (5 PM to 9:30 PM):
– Active communication window with US and Canada customers
– Respond to queries, share updates, and move conversations forward on WhatsApp and email
– Ensure no customer is left waiting without a response or a committed timeline
What You Will Own:
– End to end coordination for export customers: samples, trials, orders, shipping, and delivery
– Internal follow-up with factory POC, design team, and production team on customer requirements
– WhatsApp group management and email communication for multiple international accounts
– Sample coordination: organizing, photographing, and creating detailed lists for customers
– Keeping customers informed proactively so they never have to chase us
What We Are Looking For:
– Strong written English: clear, professional, and warm in tone
– 1 to 3 years experience in customer coordination, export support, or international client servicing
– Comfortable managing multiple WhatsApp groups and email threads simultaneously
– Organized and detail-oriented: nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
– Proactive communicator: you send updates before customers ask for them
– Calm and positive under pressure: our customers are in trial stages and first impressions matter
– Based in or willing to commute to Ghaziabad daily
What This Role Is Not:
– This is not a 9 to 6 Monday to Friday desk job. Evening availability for US customers is a core part of the role, not occasional
– This is not a remote position
– This is not a passive role. You are the face of QBI to international customers
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9 AM to 1 PM (internal) | 5 PM to 9:30 PM (customer facing) | with afternoon flex time in between
Reporting: Directly to the Director
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
