We are searching for a Chief Revenue Officer for a leading Digital media company based in Delhi. The CRO will be responsible for building diversified revenue streams across branded content, influencer marketing, social media monetization, YouTube, podcasts, events, commerce, licensing, strategic partnerships, and new-age media products.
Key Responsibilities :
Revenue & Growth Strategy –
• Own revenue(60+ CR), profitability, and growth targets across all brands.
• Build annual and long-term monetization strategies.
• Drive revenue diversification beyond traditional advertising.
• Identify emerging business opportunities within the creator economy and digital media ecosystem.
Brand Partnerships & Advertising
• Lead enterprise sales and strategic brand partnerships.
• Build integrated solutions spanning web, social, video, podcasts, influencers, and events.
• Develop long-term partnerships with agencies and advertisers.
• Increase average deal size and revenue yield.
Creator & Influencer Business
• Build scalable creator monetization programs.
• Partner with influencers, celebrities, and content creators.
• Develop creator-led IPs and sponsorship opportunities.
• Collaborate with creator networks for revenue growth.
Content Monetization
• Monetize editorial, video, podcast, and social content.
• Create sponsorship opportunities around original shows and recurring franchises.
• Expand YouTube, Instagram, Shorts, Reels, and podcast monetization.
Strategic Partnerships
• Build alliances with technology platforms, agencies, brands, and media companies.
• Explore licensing, syndication, subscriptions, memberships, and commerce opportunities.
• Identify new business models aligned with audience behavior.
Leadership
• Lead Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Account Management teams.
• Build a high-performance commercial organization.
• Establish forecasting, reporting, and performance management frameworks.

Ideal Candidate
• 12–18+ years of experience in digital media, publishing, creator economy, advertising, or consumer internet businesses.
• Strong network across advertisers, agencies, creators, and media leaders.
• Proven track record of scaling large revenue businesses.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and P&L management capabilities
