We’re looking for a Social Media Associate to help us build the RazorpayX brand in the digital world. Someone who lives and breathes social media, obsessed with formats, trends, and the art of making content that stops the scroll.

You’ll be the engine behind RazorpayX’s social presence: from ideating reels to liaising with our agency, from pulling reporting insights to jumping in front of or behind the camera. If you’ve made something go viral and you’re itching to do it again in the B2B fintech space, this one’s for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Be the daily point of contact with our Social Media Agency, aligning on posts across channels, driving weekly planning syncs, and owning monthly performance reviews to fuel channel growth.
• Ideate and pitch creative concepts, including memes, formats, hooks, and narratives, to make RazorpayX stand out on every feed.
• Own end-to-end content production on Canva from brief to final static or video asset.
• Shoot, direct, and edit reels as a BAU activity with a strong understanding of camera framing, reel formats, aspect ratios, and platform-native storytelling.
• Monitor social media performance using reporting and listening tools and translate data into actionable insights and optimisations.
• Collaborate with internal design, brand, and PMM teams to ensure social content is on-brand and campaign-aligned.
• Stay ahead of platform trends across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X and bring them into the content calendar proactively.

Desired Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in a fast-paced brand or agency environment.
• Proven ability to produce content with a virality quotient across social platforms.
• Proficient in Canva for both static and video editing and comfortable producing scroll-ready content independently.
• Strong understanding of social media formats, including reels, carousels, stories, and shorts, and what makes each platform tick.
• Hands-on experience with social media reporting and listening tools like Talkwalker by Hootsuite or similar.
• Shooting, directing, and operating with a creator mindset on a day-to-day basis should feel second nature.
• Highly organised and able to juggle agency coordination, content production, and reporting simultaneously.

Good to Have

• Experience in a B2B marketing setup with an understanding of how to make business finance feel exciting and relevant.
• Prior experience working closely with founders or leadership on personal branding and thought leadership content.
• Experience collaborating with or managing influencers and creator partnerships.
• Fintech or SaaS background with familiarity with the audience and ecosystem.
