MARKETING OFFICER Full Time NEW

The Marketing Officer supports and executes communication initiatives for the affluent consumer segment. This role will be responsible for creating social media cards, writing and editing direct-to-client communication, and directing creatives to produce on-brand materials. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a keen eye for design, and experience in financial services marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging social media cards and visual content for digital channels.
• Write, edit, and proofread direct-to-client communications, including emails, SMS, and promotional materials.Provide direction to creatives and designers to produce high-quality, on-brand marketing assets.
• Review and approve marketing materials to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Work closely with the various marketing teams to support multi-channel campaigns.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications and social media engagement.
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and ability to collaborate with creatives.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
