Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management ICs, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCUs), and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets including automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Data Lead to define, build, and scale enterprise-wide data platforms and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define end-to-end (E2E) data architecture across ingestion, processing, storage, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale data platforms using Databricks, Snowflake, or hyperscalers equivalent.
• Enable AI use cases such as yield optimization, predictive maintenance, quality analytics, and supply chain forecasting.
• Has worked on enabling leading LLMs
• Architect and deliver data solutions on cloud
• Partner with business and engineering teams across manufacturing, Finance, HR, supply chain, and IT.
• Mentor and lead data engineering and platform teams.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Semiconductor and/or Electronics Manufacturing Services environments.
• 7+ years of experience with large enterprise data platforms.
• Deep hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake and/or hyperscalers.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML models and analytics platforms.
• Experience working with cloud platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
