About The Role
You will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership, supporting high-value wedding and corporate event projects where decisions are time-sensitive.
You will begin as an Executive Assistant, with the opportunity to grow into Business Coordination, Client Handling, and Revenue Support based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary coordination point between leadership, clients, vendors, artists, and internal teams
- Manage calendars, priorities, meetings, travel, and follow-ups independently
- Draft and manage client-ready email and WhatsApp communication
- Track event workflows, deadlines, payments, and approvals proactively
- Prepare presentations, proposals, MOMs, trackers, and briefing notes
- Anticipate and resolve issues during live events
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and on-ground execution
- Be fully available during event days, travel, and peak execution periods

Incentives: Incentives will be provided for closed business in addition to the base salary. No cap on incentives.

Each activity is planned, documented, discussed, and then delegated to the responsible person of our team, client, or vendors. We use online and print methods for planning, documenting, and tracking. An efficient team and clear demarcation of responsibilities is the key to successful execution.
