Purchase Executive in Ahmedabad Full Time

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchasing of materials
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery timelines
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, terms, and conditions
• Monitor market trends and material pricing to make cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy and proper documentation
• Maintain and update procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase reports
• Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams to ensure smooth material flow
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery and proactively address delays or quality issues
• Perform cost analysis and comparisons to improve procurement efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and quality standards (e.g., ISO)
• Use MS Excel and ERP or procurement software for reporting and data management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for long-term collaboration
• Manage multiple vendors and orders efficiently while meeting deadlines
• Support contract management by understanding basic terms, conditions, and agreements
