Accountant Full Time

We’re looking for an Accountant who brings accuracy, discipline, and clarity to financial operations.

This role goes beyond bookkeeping—it’s about ensuring financial data is reliable, compliant, and useful for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Track expenses, manage invoices, and ensure timely payments
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance requirements
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience in handling audits and tax filings
• Familiarity with Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Exposure to ERP systems
• Experience in a startup or growing business environment
