Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented EDP Engineer to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, data systems, and user support functions. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and ERP systems to support day-to-day business activities across corporate and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networking devices
• Ensure proper functioning of ERP systems (e.g., Tally) and other business applications
• Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes
• Provide technical support to employees across corporate office and project sites
• Manage user access, email configurations, and system permissions
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and issue resolution
• Maintain IT asset records, inventory, and documentation
• Ensure network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) across all locations
• Support implementation of HRMS tools (e.g., Keka) and other digital systems
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic server management
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Tally)
• Understanding of data backup, security, and antivirus systems
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple locations/sites support
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field
• Relevant certifications (CCNA / Hardware & Networking / Microsoft certifications) are an added advantage

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Real Estate / Construction industry is preferred
• Exposure to site-level IT support and coordination
