To ensure effective budgeting and forecasting of the hotel’s profit, capital, cash and other short-term plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
I. Complete Ownership of Accounts of Della Adventure & Resorts Private Limited and Della Enclave Pvt. Ltd.
II. Verification and monitoring of all Statutory Compliance
III. To co-ordinate with IT & IDS for generating few reports from IDS directly like
IV. To monitor all months Bank Reconciliation.
VI. To check and follow up with the concerned sales team for Outstanding Customer payments.
VII. All general ledger reconciliation. All ledger scrutiny monthly and passing all month end entries.
VIII. MIS and other Management reporting like Profit & Loss Account, Cash flow statement, Variance statement, outstanding statement. The consolidated MIS will be on monthly basis to be submitted on or before 7th of following month.
IX. Coordinating and resolving all Inter Departmental issues regarding accounts and finance.
XI. Coordinating for all audit related work.

Chartered Accountant with minimum of 9-10 years of experience in the hotel industry with Taxation Knowledge
