How will you make an impact in this role?
The B30 Analyst operates within a centralized ICS Reporting Processes Hub and plays a key role in delivering data-driven reporting processes at scale, combining technical expertise, control discipline, and analytical insight.
This role is responsible for executing end-to-end processes with strong control discipline, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and audit-ready. The Analyst supports scalable and consistent delivery across multiple markets, partnering with stakeholders across Governance & Control, Compliance, Data, Business, and Operations to ensure data integrity, resolve issues, and improve reporting outcomes.
Working under the guidance of the B35 Manager, the Analyst contributes to continuous improvement and process optimization, helping evolve the Reporting Processes Hub into a scalable, efficient, and risk-managed delivery model.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical and analytical capabilities (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI), with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data, identify issues and trends, and translate insights into clear, actionable outcomes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and business understanding are essential for success in this role.
