Role Summary
Responsible for managing plant operations, production lines, and maintenance while leading line technicians to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise plant area and production lines
- Ensure smooth machine operation and minimal downtime
- Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance
- Lead and manage line technicians/operators
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues
- Monitor production performance and improve efficiency
Skills Required
- Strong plant operations & maintenance knowledge
- Troubleshooting (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Team handling & leadership
- Knowledge of TPM / Lean / Six Sigma
