Social Media Executive – Fresher Full Time

Looking for a Dynamic Marketing executive for a Retail Brand from Bengaluru!

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store formats.

● Coordinate with designers, content creators, and agencies to develop brand-aligned assets (banners, emails, social media creatives, etc.).

● Manage brand social media pages, plan content calendars, and track engagement metrics.

● Support influencer collaborations, exhibitions, pop-up events, and local partnerships.

● Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and

Excel dashboards.

● Conduct competitor and trend analysis to suggest new marketing strategies.

● Help manage WhatsApp and email campaigns in coordination with the CRM team.

● Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.

● Coordinate with retail teams to ensure in-store branding and offers are aligned with broader campaigns

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

● 0-1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, jewellery, or D2C brands.

● Strong communication and content sense (visual + written).

● Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Excel/Google Sheets.

● Understanding of social media trends, content formats, and engagement strategies.

● Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

● Creative thinking and a passion for branding and storytelling.
