HR Manager (UK MNC, based at Bangalore, 5 Days, Sole Contributor) Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who can manage the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted business partner to leadership and employees. This is a sole contributor role that requires a balance of operational excellence, compliance management, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, orientation, engagement, leave management, benefits, compliance, and offboarding.
• Ensure accurate HRIS data management, timely audits, and reporting.

Onboarding & Engagement

• Administer new hire onboarding and conduct orientation sessions to integrate employees effectively.
• Initiate and drive employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture and retention.

Business Partnering

• Provide HR advisory support to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.

Compliance & Administration

• Manage statutory compliance, labor law adherence, and benefits administration.
• Maintain employee records (electronic and physical) with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Handle vendor management and office administration, including facilities coordination and landlord liaison.

Projects & Initiatives

• Participate in regional HR projects and support the rollout of global initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Leadership Support

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to local business leaders (e.g., visa applications, etc).
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools, Microsoft Office applications, and SharePoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong hands-on HR operations with exposure to business partnering.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Demonstrated experience in employee engagement initiatives and HR project management.
