Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- HR Operations & Employee Support: Onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, employee lifecycle management, and first-level query resolution.
- Recruitment Support: Resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and maintaining hiring trackers through all stages.
- Employee Engagement: Support engagement initiatives and team events to improve overall employee experience.
- Compliance & Process: Ensure HR process adherence, documentation accuracy, and support internal audits.
