Job Summary

A leading food processing company in Kenya seeks dedicated Production Machine Operators to join its production team of beverage concentrates. This entry level position supports efficient manufacturing operations while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery such as mixers, fillers and packaging lines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
• Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, cleaning and minor maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and hygiene compliance.
• Record production data, identify defects, report issues to supervisors and adhere to safety protocols including HACCP, ISO and local KEBS standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• ITI or Certificate in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with min. 3 year experience in beverage concentrates manufacturing is mandatory.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, ability to read gauges/ meters and physical stamina for 8-12 hour shifts including rotations.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail and willingness to learn with basic English communication skills required.

• Familiarity with beverage concentrates industry hygiene practices and readiness for overseas assignment in Kenya with accommodation support.
• Salary up 1000 USD per month depending upon candidates experience and current salary.
• Bachelors Furnished Accommodation by Company (Food expenses is included in the salary) with Visa and Return Air Ticket To India Every Two Years)
