Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Executive located in Beawar. The Operation Executive will oversee day-to-day processes, ensure smooth operations, and coordinate across teams to optimize efficiency. Responsibilities include managing operational workflows, analyzing performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating effective communication among departments and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to ensure efficient workflow and process optimization
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for fostering teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in operation roles or related fields preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred
