Patient Coordinator / Client Coordinator Full Time

Skinroots Clinic is a growing dermatology, cosmetology, and hair restoration clinic focused on delivering result-oriented skin and hair treatments. With a strong emphasis on patient experience and trust, the clinic aims to provide seamless communication and high-quality service from the first interaction to post-treatment care.

We are looking for an individual who can handle patient inquiries, manage leads efficiently, and ensure a smooth journey from first contact to appointment booking. This role plays a key part in improving patient footfall and overall conversions.

Employment Type – Full-time

Salary – ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Experience – 0 to 2 years (Telecalling / CRM experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle incoming leads from Google, Meta, and website
• Call and guide patients about skin & hair treatments
• Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships
• Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into appointments
• Maintain and update CRM data regularly
• Coordinate with the clinic team for appointment scheduling
• Resolve basic patient queries and provide support
• Work towards improving patient footfall and conversions

Skills Required :-

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle calls confidently and build rapport
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Excel
• Positive, patient-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications :-

• Experience in customer relationship management / telecalling / sales
• Experience in clinic, healthcare, or service industry is a plus
