oAWS EC2 EBS AMIs Snapshots Load Balancers VPC
oAzure Virtual Machines Disks VNets NSGs Load Balancers
oPerform and oversee incident service request and change activities
oDrive CAB call PIR Calls with client
oAct as technical escalation point L2L3 for complex infrastructure issues
oEnsure adherence to defined SOPs runbooks and operational processes
Team Leadership Coordination
Lead a team of AWSAzure cloud administrators
Assign tasks track progress and ensure timely resolution of tickets
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members
Review operational work for quality compliance and accuracy
Monitoring Backup Compliance
Ensure infrastructure monitoring s are reviewed and acted upon
Support backup validation snapshot management and restore testing
Ensure tagging standards patching coordination and compliance checks
Assist in audit support and evidence collection activities
Networking Infrastructure Support IaaS Scope
Support cloud networking at infrastructure level
oAWS security groups routing subnet issues
oAzure NSGs routing connectivity validation
Coordinate with Network teams for issues outside defined scope
Operational Governance
Participate in daily operations calls weekly reviews and service meetings
Support RCA preparation for recurring or major incidents
Maintain operational documentation and update runbooks as needed
Ensure smooth handover and knowledge transfer within the team
Automation Improvements Basic Level
Identify basic automation opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks
Support scripting or automation initiatives as defined by leadership
Encourage standardization and process improvements
Required Skills Experience
Technical Skills
Working experience with AWS and Azure IaaS
Good understanding of cloud networking basics
Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools
Basic scripting knowledge PowerShell Bash preferred
Leadership Operational Skills
Experience leading or acting as shifttechnical lead
Strong incident and problem solving skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
Good communication and documentation skills
Experience Qualifications
78 years of overall IT infrastructure experience
46 years in AWS andor Azure cloud operations
Prior experience in managed services or support environment
Cloud certifications AWSAzure Associate preferred
