About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Executive to support the smooth day-to-day execution of academic delivery and classroom operations. This role involves coordination across academic teams, trainers, and internal departments to ensure scheduled classes run efficiently and operational processes remain organized.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in operations, coordination, and academic administration within an education environment.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Scheduling & Planning

• Create and maintain academic calendars for ongoing and upcoming batches.
• Plan classroom allocations based on batch size, course requirements, and availability.
• Coordinate session rescheduling when required due to operational or trainer availability changes.

Trainer Coordination

• Manage trainer scheduling and session bookings.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding class timings, delivery formats (offline/online), and session requirements.
• Ensure trainers have required classroom or technical setups prior to sessions.

Classroom & Infrastructure Coordination

• Ensure classrooms are operational and ready before scheduled sessions.
• Coordinate with admin and IT teams for AV setup, internet connectivity, systems, and infrastructure needs.
• Monitor classroom utilization and report operational or maintenance concerns.

Operational Execution

• Track daily class execution and proactively flag scheduling deviations or issues.
• Maintain records related to schedules, trainer assignments, and batch progress.
• Support onboarding and operational setup for new academic batches.

Coordination & Communication

• Act as a coordination point between academic, trainer, sales, and operations teams.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly and in a timely manner.
• Assist academic leadership with operational reporting and coordination support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship/coordination experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and calendar management tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow within an operations-focused role.
