Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Case Manager will be responsible for assessing individuals’ needs, coordinating and managing services, and ensuring access to appropriate resources. Day-to-day tasks will include handling client cases, providing support, tracking performance outcomes, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
