Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager – Tech Hiring with strong experience in closing tech roles across levels and functions. This role is for someone who understands the difference between average hiring activity and real hiring outcomes.
You should have hands-on experience hiring for:
– Frontend
– Backend
– Full Stack
– Mobile App
– Website / Web Engineering
– DevOps
– QA
– Product
– UI/UX Design
– Data / Analytics
– Engineering leadership roles
What You’ll Own
– Drive end-to-end hiring for tech roles across junior, mid, senior, and leadership levels
– Close positions across frontend, backend, mobile app, full stack, DevOps, QA, product, and design
– Partner with founders, CTO, engineering managers, and product leaders to understand hiring needs deeply
– Build strong sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, networks, and direct outreach
– Screen candidates for skill fit, communication, stability, ownership, and culture fit
– Run fast and structured coordination across interviews, feedback, offer rollout, negotiation, and joining
– Improve hiring speed, candidate quality, and offer-to-join conversion
– Maintain clear hiring trackers, pipeline updates, and weekly closure reports
– Build strong employer positioning for attracting product-quality talent
What We’re Looking For
– 3 to 8+ years of experience in tech recruitment / tech talent acquisition
– Proven track record of closing roles across engineering, product, design, QA, DevOps, app, and web
– Strong understanding of tech roles, tech stacks, and hiring signals
– Experience hiring for startups, product companies, consumer internet, SaaS, app, or digital businesses
– Strong sourcing ability, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
– Ability to move with urgency and close difficult roles, not just share profiles
– Strong ownership mindset and comfort working in a high-speed environment
Preferred
– Experience hiring across both website and app teams
– Experience closing senior and hard-to-fill tech roles
– Good understanding of compensation benchmarking and candidate psychology
– Candidates from product company hiring background preferred
