About the Group
We are four brands operating under one roof, each with a different purpose and a different audience.
Fintrans is an AMFI-registered financial advisory firm with a decade of client trust behind it. WinTrans is a boutique consultancy working with 300+ startups. Vandyam is a Sattvik healthy food brand built around clean eating and conscious living. Vandyam Foundation is a Section 8 NGO running five community programs: free meals, healthcare, youth empowerment, women empowerment, and elder care.
One person. Four brands. Completely different tones. That is the job.
The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can hold the online presence for all four brands without letting any of them sound like the others. This is not a schedule-posts-and-track-likes role. You will build content strategy from scratch, manage SEO across four websites, run paid and organic campaigns, produce short-form video, edit podcast content, and use AI tools as a practical part of your daily workflow, not as a gimmick.
If you have handled multiple clients at a digital agency before, you already know what this kind of context-switching feels like. That background is a real advantage here.
What You Will Work On
Content Strategy & Social Media
Own the monthly content calendars for all four brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. Each brand has a different register, and you will move between them constantly, professional and advisory for WinTrans and Fintrans, lifestyle and wellness for Vandyam, and empathy-led and mission-driven for Vandyam Foundation. Design or coordinate visual assets reels, carousels, and infographics, based on what the content needs.
SEO & Website Management
Handle on-page SEO across all four websites. The keyword verticals span wealth management, startup consulting, Sattvik food, and NGO programming. Write and update blogs, program pages, and event announcements through CMS platforms. Keep the websites current and searchable.
Campaigns & Growth
Run organic and paid campaigns to build follower counts and engagement across all brands. For Fintrans and WinTrans, drive lead generation through LinkedIn outreach and lead magnets. For the Vandyam Foundation, own donor acquisition and volunteer sign-up campaigns. You will be building and executing across all of it simultaneously.
Video Production & Editing
Short-form video is central to this role, not an afterthought. You will shoot, edit, and publish reels, YouTube Shorts, and platform-native video content. We expect working comfort with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. Basic motion work in Adobe After Effects is a genuine advantage. You do not need to be a filmmaker — but you need to take raw footage and turn it into a clean, on-brand 60-second cut without handing it off to someone else.
Podcast Editing & Audio Production
We are building long-form audio content across the group — brand podcasts, founder conversations, and Foundation impact stories. You will edit recordings: trimming, leveling, adding intro and outro music, and preparing files for publishing. Familiarity with Descript, Adobe Podcast, or Audacity is what we need.
AI-Augmented Workflow
Working with AI tools is an expectation, not a bonus. That means using ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney for ideation and copy drafts, Runway or ElevenLabs, where they save time, and knowing when to trust the output and when to fix it. Prompt engineering is a practical skill in this role.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Pull KPIs from Google Analytics GA4 and native social platforms. Every month, you will deliver a Group Digital Health Report, one document covering engagement rate, CTR, website traffic, and lead conversion across all four brands, with your own read on what the numbers say and what should change.
What We Are Looking For
1–2 years in digital marketing. Agency experience with multiple clients running simultaneously is a real advantage, not just a checkbox.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Writing that sounds like a person wrote it. Brand voice consistency is non-negotiable when you are managing four different tones in the same week.
Technical Toolkit
• Design & Video: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for static assets; Premiere Pro for video — required. After Effects for motion graphics strong advantage.
• Podcast & Audio: Descript, Adobe Podcast, or Audacity
• Short-Form Video: CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Premiere Pro for reels and short-form content
• AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, working knowledge is expected, not optional
• Paid Social: Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for paid campaigns
• Analytics & CMS: Google Analytics GA4 and WordPress
• Design Shorthand: Canva for quick-turnaround asset creation
Mindset
You need to move fast and think in brand. One week, you are writing a thought leadership post for a fintech founder. The next time you are cutting an emotional 60-second Foundation appeal, then editing a podcast episode, then pulling monthly analytics across four properties. That is not the exception; that is the rhythm. We are looking for someone who finds that energising.
