Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
• Assist users with basic IT issues and system-related queries.
• Manage email setup and support for users.
• Maintain records of system issues and resolutions.
• Support basic network and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance.
• Coordinate with senior IT staff for advanced technical issues.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computers and IT support.
• Working knowledge of:
• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS PowerPoint
• Email Management
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.

• Any Graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with 0–1 year experience preferred.
