Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager – Security & IT Operations to lead the organization’s cybersecurity initiatives and IT infrastructure operations. The role involves managing security tools, ensuring compliance, securing cloud and on-prem systems, and leading a team responsible for maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security operations, including threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Define and implement security policies, risk management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2).
• Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, networks, VPN, firewalls, and virtualization.
• Oversee cloud security and identity management across Azure/AWS environments.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for critical systems.
• Lead and mentor the IT operations and security team, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience with SIEM, EDR, IAM, and security monitoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and identity security.
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and incident management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Zero Trust security models and secure remote access technologies.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001.
