MedoPlus Services Pvt. Ltd. is a health-tech company focused on improving healthcare access. With 2.5+ lakh health transactions, MedoPlus operates clinics across Barabanki (Ramnagar, Suratganj, Dariyabad, Tikaitganj), offering OPD, pharmacy (PHARMACY WORLD) lab tests, insurance, health loans, Ayushman services, and eye care (EYE WORLD).

Each clinic is supported by trained staff and a network of 25+ village-based MedoMITRs. MedoPlus is a recipient of FICCI Healthcare Excellence Award 2024, Sankalp Award 2024, and Swiss Re Foundation Award 2023. The organization aims to scale to 100 clinics across India in the next 3 years.

At MedoPlus, we are reimagining access to quality, affordable healthcare in semi-urban and rural India. We are looking for a Head of Growth & Operations to take end-to-end ownership of business performance, scale our clinic network, and drive meaningful impact on the ground.

o   What You’ll Do

·        Own, design and implement the business operations of the company and be responsible for its P&L

·        Design and scale efficient, replicable clinic operating models

·        Drive footfall, conversion, and revenue growth across clinics

·        Build and manage strategic partnerships across healthcare ecosystems

·        Strengthen rural & urban outreach, including channel engagement initiatives.

·        Identify and launch new services, offerings and revenue streams.

·        Work closely with government bodies for partnerships and alignment

·        Identify and launch new services and business opportunities

o   Lead team, including hiring & performance management

o   Who We’re Looking For

·        MBA or equivalent with 12-18 years of business operations / growth roles

·        Proven track record of owning P&L (State Head / Business Head / Cluster Head roles preferred)

·        Passionate to work in rural / semi-urban business operations

·        A builder mindset — you enjoy creating systems and scaling them

·        Highly data-driven in planning, execution, and reviews

·        Strong in partnerships, distribution, and team leadership

·        Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution

·        Comfortable with on-ground execution, not just strategy

·        Exposure to digital, tech-enabled operations, or healthcare is a plus

·        Ability to lead, inspire, and build high-performance teams

·        Technology and digital marketing experience will be an added advantage.
