Role Title: Location Scheduling Specialist I.
Position Summary:
Location Scheduling Specialist I is the first of three levels within the Scheduling Specialist job family and requires extensive supervision and mentoring. The main responsibility is to maximize location-based field consultants (FE, JC and potentially other field services) time with our clients while developing trusting relationships with assigned field staff and operations Management. The incumbent will manage the timeliness of the assigned orders and coordinate the production schedule for all assigned field staff. Provides exceptional internal and external customer service while establishing the most efficient schedule for assigned field staff. This includes organizing and populating schedules for internal customers through defined methods and coordination with external customers in addition to developing visit agendas. Takes complete ownership of the scheduling and agenda process. Interacts with clients and brokers daily and will follow best practices to meet Service Level Objectives to provide high levels of client satisfaction. In many cases, they are the first contact that local site managers (clients & prospects) have with the FM Group. Incumbents require strong customer service skills. Operates as a vital member of the scheduling services team focused on customer experience, schedule efficiency and logistics to support assigned field service personnel. Routinely coordinates with work assignment, ESD management and field service management. Continually reviews processes for opportunity to leverage technology for efficiency gains which lead to enhanced client experience. Their efforts directly contribute to the execution of the operations’ objectives.
