Role: Procurement Specialist

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage Joveo’s vendor

relationships, purchasing processes, and supply chain efficiency.

You will ensure the business gets the best value from its supplier

ecosystem — balancing cost, quality, risk, and speed across a global

vendor base.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage end-to-end procurement processes from vendor selection to contract execution

– Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with suppliers and service providers

– Build and maintain a vendor management framework including performance tracking

– Collaborate with finance, legal, and business units on procurement requirements

– Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage purchasing within budget parameters

– Ensure procurement compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Proven procurement experience in a technology or services environment

– Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts

– Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems

– Understanding of contract law fundamentals and vendor risk management

– Analytical skills — ability to evaluate vendor proposals and total cost of ownership

– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple procurement workstreams simultaneously
