Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hub Operation Manager based in Banda. The Hub Operation Manager will oversee the daily operations of the logistics hub, ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Responsibilities include managing a team, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role also involves problem-solving, coordinating with clients and vendors, and driving process improvements to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Operational Management: Skills in logistics hub operations, team supervision, and workflow optimization
• Process Improvement: Experience in implementing efficiency and cost-effectiveness strategies
• Communication and Coordination: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for engaging with teams, clients, and vendors
• Safety and Compliance: Knowledge of operational safety standards and compliance policies
• Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and solve operational challenges
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools is highly desirable
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management roles is preferred
